A disaster declaration has been issued for Crossroads counties ahead of the arrival of Hurricane Beryl.聽
Beryl, which was a tropical storm Saturday, was predicted to strengthen into a hurricane before hitting the Texas coast.聽
Acting Governor Dan Patrick has issued a disaster declaration for Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Jackson, Lavaca, Matagorda, Refugio, 足交视频 and Wharton counties along with more than 100 other Texas counties, as of Saturday afternoon.
The declaration authorizes the use of state resources to cope with the storm and damage it may cause.聽
