A 足交视频 man, Christopher Garcia, 42, received three life sentences on Wednesday for possession of a controlled substance, assault family violence with previous conviction and unlawful restraint causing bodily injury, a release from the office of the Criminal District Attorney of 足交视频 revealed.
On Oct. 27, 2023, officers with the 足交视频 Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance after receiving a 911 call. As a result of the call, police discovered that a woman had been pulled inside of a moving vehicle by her hair.
After locating the individuals who were the subject of the 911 call, officers learned the woman had been assaulted, threatened and told that she would held against her will and possibly killed by the driver of the vehicle, Garcia, the release said.
During an investigation, officers also located methamphetamine next to the driver鈥檚 seat of Garcia鈥檚 car, the release read.
During the punishment phase of the trial, jurors learned that Garcia has a history of violent behavior and numerous previous convictions, including a 2016 conviction for hindering the apprehension of a known felon and a 2019 conviction for aggravated assault, the news release revealed.
