A man who has been identified as McArthur Mathis was stopped and arrested in Grimes County on multiple charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 足交视频 Thursday, 足交视频 police confirmed Friday.
Mathis, left the scene in a vehicle early Thursday evening after the 足交视频 Police Department received a call about shots fired in the 1400 block of Navidad St.. at the Crossroads Apartments.
Police also confirmed that it charged Mathis with family violence, obstruction/retaliation and deadly conduct.
An initial investigation revealed a disturbance between family members and that a 25-year-old male had been shot at by a 31-year-old male relative in regards to a previous incident.
Shots were exchanged. The victim returned fire in self-defense. No gunshot injuries were reported.
